I have been obsessed with the Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lipstick in Perfectly Bare - see review and swatches here. The shade was so pretty and the lipstick so creamy that the SAs in Selfridges wanted to know what brand it was, and refused to believe me when I said it was a Boots buy.
The Sexy Mother Pucker Matte Lip 3D Lip Colours are a 2016 launch from Soap & Glory. At first, I gave them a derisive look - they were lip crayons, after all, and I always find that lip crayons are less pigmented and less lasting than bullet lipsticks, let alone liquid lipsticks.
The SA at Boots convinced me to pick one of these up. There were five shade options. I chose the mauve-iest shade of the lot - Chocoberry, which is neither "choco" nor berry, but a regular mauvey-pink.

The 3D Lip Colours are packaged like lip crayons, though the product comes as a regular bullet and not as a tapered crayon. The lid is more secure than other lip crayons I've tried, as is the twist-up mechanism. Also, there is only 1.4gm of product, as opposed to the usual 4gm in most bullets
The product is thick and creamy, with 100% pigmentation. It is more satin-matte than true matte, and reminds me of the Nars Audacious lipsticks. Not drying on the lips.
Staying power is excellent for a bullet lipstick. I was surprised to find that this one actually lasts longer than Tom Ford Mattes, which are actually truly matte. Not as long as a matte liquid lipstick, but longer than other crayon or bullet lipsticks. It fades into a pretty dusty rose stain after a greasy meal, and I don't need to reapply just then.
These are supposed to plump up the lips, but that did not happen in my case. I suppose I already have such full lips that products decide to give up the ghost when it comes to me.
As I said, Chocoberry is a proper mauve. Here's how it looks on me:
Verdict and where to buy:
Love. I'm very impressed with the staying power and the pigmentation. I went right back and bought another one in the same shade - one for my bag and one for the vanity. This is now my go-to touch-up lipstick.I don't see what's "3D" about it, but what's in a name? Also, don't expect Chocoberry to be a brown-berry.
These cost a mere £3.50, or $6.00. You CANNOT go wrong at that price. And, the quality is definitely that of Nars Audacious, at the very least.
