March 2016's LookFantastic Beauty Box is the #LFExplorer edition. It includes products from London, Paris and New York.
Some people seem to have received this month's Elle magazine with the box - I did not. Possibly because international subscriptions are exempt? I got a magazine last month, though. I have emailed them to find out why.
This month's box has a vibrant Spring-appropriate design. I do hope
they do a Glossybox and have a different design for the box each month.

I received:
- Codage Moisturising Mask
- Revlon Colorburst Lip Balm
- Lottie London The Eyeshadow Brush
- Nuxe Creme Prodigieuse
- First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream
- Caudalie Micellar Cleansing Water
- Bonus: Emergen C supplements
Codage Moisturising Mask
Paraben- and phthalate-free, this emulsion-mask from the French brand is suitable for all skin types. It promises radiation, nourishment and moisture for the skin. Will try it out soon.Revlon Colorburst Lip Balm
I got the shade Demure. It is way too peachy and pale for me to pull off. I wish they had sent me a dusty rose, mauve, brown, nude or even a deeper shade instead of something that makes my lips disappear. I can either use it as a cheek tint or pass it on to my aunt who only wears the palest of lip colours.Lottie London The Eyeshadow Brush
You can never have enough eyeshadow brushes, especially for travel. I hate cleaning brushes while on the go - imagine laying them out to dry in hotel rooms - and need multiples of everything. This lovely dense brush goes into my travel bag.Nuxe Creme Prodigieuse
Give me all the Nuxe products! This lightweight moisturiser contains blue ageratum and everlasting flower to reduce inflammation. I am revamping my skincare routine after the infection, so it is nice to try out different moisturiser samples before I settle on one for keeps.First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream
I had another unopened tube of this somewhere but it seems to have disappeared. Good that I can finally try it out. It contains colloidal oatmeal, shea butter, liquorice roots, white tea and ceramides and is supposed to deliver 169% improvement in skin hydration.Caudalie Micellar Cleansing Water
I just finished a sample bottle of Bioderma and was looking for travel-sized micellar water (I plan to take a vacay into the mountains in April). I had thought of decanting some Bioderma from my 500ml bottle into the sample bottle and then this turns up. I love micellar water to kick off the makeup removal process and it is great to try out something new. This contains organic grape water and chamomile.Bonus: Emergen-C supplements
Two sachets of a Vitamin C drink. These go to my Dad, who, my Mum tells me, has been sounding nasal over the week. I don't like getting supplements in beauty boxes. I really hope LookFantastic does not return to those days when their boxes included about two supplements.Verdict and where to subscribe
Two makeup products, both of them full sized, and a makeup remover make this box one of my favourites from LookFantastic so far. Any box with a nice makeup brush is a winner in my book. There are some great names in this box - Caudalie, FAB, Nuxe and Codage. I'm glad LookFantastic is including more makeup and sticking to amazing brands. And, the samples are generously sized. That said, maybe not Revlon in the future? I have NOTHING against the brand. It is just that I can get Revlon any old time, ya know? Send me a brand that is not as omnipresent. And, a lip colour that makes my lips disappear is not my cuppa, though you cannot guarantee shades in beauty boxes.
LookFantastic ships worldwide (tracked) from the UK. A box costs £15, but long-term subscription can take the cost down to £11.25 and you do not have to pay the whole thing upfront. To subscribe, go here.
