Spoiler: I GOT A TOO FACED MELTED LIPSTICK IN MY APRIL 2015 IPSY BAG!
Stuff like this never happens to me, never. I usually end up with some random foil sachets and infernal black pencil liners while other subscribers get GHD straighteners in their beauty boxes. Not exaggerating here; that actually happened with LookFantastic.
Now to bring back a semblance of normalcy to this post.
The April 2015 Ipsy bag is themed
Check out the contents of my April 2015 Ipsy Glam Bag. Featuring a Too Faced Melted lipstick!

Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk in Natural Tint
This dry shampoo is suitable for brown to dark hair and is a good choice for me now. I will take this along when I travel in June; it should last me nicely for two months. I haven't tried it, so I cannot comment just yet. Watch out for the empties post a few months from now.Buy it here.
Julie G Nail Colour in Damsel
I got a hot pink polish. This is my first polish from Julie G and I am not a huge fan of hot pink, though this is certainly the season for the shade. I prefer blues, purples, greys and neutrals on my nails.Buy it here.
Aromachology Eau de Parfum Roll-on in Sophisticated and Sensual
No, this is not one of those 1ml vials, but a 5ml roll-on. The scent surprised me. It is actually sophisticated and big-girl, featuring light floral and deeper citrusy notes. I was becoming bored with my J'Adore-Midnight Poison-Tresor In Love routine for night perfumes, and it is nice to discover a great new fragrance. This is one product I will definitely repurchase. The full-sized bottle looks good.Buy it here.
theBalm eyeshadow in Fit
I just bought the whole N*de Dude palette so this one will be gifted - maybe as a Mother's Day treat. TheBalm's eyeshadow formula has changed over the years, but I'll talk about that when I review the full palette. Nevertheless, this has to be the cutest single-shadow packaging in makeup history. I wonder if it is good manners to gift an eyeshadow and ask the recipient to return the packaging once she hits pan?Buy it here.
Too Faced Melted Liquified Longwear Lipstick in Melted Peony
I saved the best for last. I had presumed that Melted Peony would completely wash me out. While it is at the lighter end of my comfort zone, it comes across as a n^de pink on me and will look great paired with a deep smoky eye. Stay tuned for an FOTD. At 5ml, this tube definitely has enough product for a long time. I already have Melted Fuchsia, reviewed here. Now I only want Melted Chihuahua (Strewth, what a name for a neutral lipstick) to complete my Melted Wishlist.Buy it here.
Verdict
Too Faced Melted lipstick. That is my verdict. That lipstick does all the talking.Sorry, but for once, I cannot be critical and unbiased. Not this month. Come back in May and I'll talk. Unless they send me Bite Beauty butter cream lippies, in which case I will continue in this vein.
