All About Brows Memebox unboxing

I hope everyone is having as enjoyable a week as I am! I will show you all my vacation photos once I'm back. Right now, it is all I can do to keep my eyes open long enough to have dinner; trekking, rock-climbing and so on are energy-sapping, and my calf-muscles and hamstrings feel like they have been repeatedly hacked at with an axe, despite my being a regular gymmer.
I am a HUGE fan of Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade. I also love Benefit Gimme Brow as a quick replacement. So much so that once I discovered those two, I gave away two cases of Benefit BrowZings.
But that did not stop me from ordering the All About Brows beauty box from Memebox, because, as my fellow makeup-addict, beauty adviser and mother told me, all you need are decent eyebrows, eyeliner, concealer and some colour on your lips to brighten up your look instantly. Besides, you can never have too many eyebrow products!

Etude House Ribbon Brow Scissor

This is a pair of curved scissors for trimming the brows. How CUTE is that? The tip is sharp, curved and thin enough for my liking.

Secret Kiss Choco Smudge Eyebrow in Dark Choco

This is a brow gel and the shade is deep enough for me. This is NOT a dupe for Benefit Gimme Brow, which I love, but a thicker, slower-drying and less intense gel that has gone into my travel bag.

Happy Tool Lady's Eyebrow Razor

This was the first time I came across one of these. And my first experience was not very kind to my manicure, as you can see here. But it did tidy up my eyebrows nicely without tweezers, so I am keeping this for emergencies - for those moments when you need to get out of the house in five minutes and realise that you have not done your eyebrows at all. However, I do need to learn not to hack off half my skin/flesh in the process.

Shara Shara I Wanna Eyebrow Cake

This kit contains a lighter brown and a deep shade of smudge proof powder, and a brush with a diagonal edge and a spool brush. I wish one of these was a wax, like in Benefit BrowZings. But these are both intense shades which can be used by themselves or over clear wax or even the brow gel in this box for added depth. The shades are perfect for me.

Style Y natural Sketch Eyebrow Simple Tattoo

This is a waterproof pen to fill in the eyebrows. It has a very slim tip for precision - so you can fill in "hair by hair" to quote the product card. The shade is perfect for me.

Style Y Natural Sketch Eyebrow Pencil and Powder

This is the only product in this box that I will not be using - I got a rather pale shade, which is surprising, because everything else is deep! It is too deep for a highlighter and too pale for my eyebrows. It goes into my swap or sale box.

Summary and deals

I can use everything except for one product in this box. This was a great way of getting some nice eyebrow products to try out. Now I feel like I have enough, haha. Some of these go into my travel bag, and I especially love the Shara Shara I Wanna Eyebrow Cake. The razor needs quite a bit of work before I can get the hang of it and I will be taking it very slowly.
